Oluyemisi Dansu is a dynamic, versatile and highly motivated solicitor and advocate with extensive experience and a proven record of achievements in general civil/commercial litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution. She is also a confident and skilled negotiator and solicitor with good organisational and inter-personal skills.
Oluyemisi graduated from the Lagos State University (LASU) in 2003. Subsequently attended the Nigerian Law School and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 2004. She is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association; the International Bar Association; the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators UK Branch and Nigerian Branch; the Maritime Arbitrators of Nigeria MAAN. She is also the Secretary of the Arbitration and Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee of the Section on Business Law of the Nigerian Bar Association.
She started her career as an Associate Counsel at the law offices of Strachan Partners, led by a foremost Senior Advocate of Nigeria, Charles Adeyemi Candide-Johnson, and rose to become a Senior Associate in the firm, before leaving to establish the firm of Argyle & Clover in 2012.
