The firm was founded in 2012 by it's Managing Partner, Oluyemisi Dansu LLB, BL, MCIArb, a skilled Legal practitioner with extensive experience in commercial/corporate litigation, arbitration and ADR. Oluyemisi Dansu was previously a senior associate with the firm of Strachan Partners (one of the foremost commercial litigation practices in Nigeria and acknowledged leader in transactional work particularly in telecommunications, maritime, energy and major land/property developments).
